Yoga with Kristie

"Gentle Yoga Flow"

A traditional style of yoga that is gentle and adaptable to everybody and every body. Carefully curated to include breath awareness, mindful movement and stillness. Also infused with some Yin and Restorative yoga to provide students with a holistic experience.

Suitable for all levels. 75 minutes.

Yoga with Amelia

"Rest & Restore"

Restorative yoga is a balance to the active yoga practice and is suitable for all experience levels. It relaxes the body, calms the mind, and slows the breath down through passive stretching and pranayama (breathing exercises).


The body is supported by props in the longer held poses, allowing the muscles to release and relax deeply. Poses are held for up to 5 minutes and include light twists, seated forward folds and gentle back bends. Meditations are included to slow down the mind and allow it to rest. Pranayama allows the breath to deepen. further relaxing the mind and body.

Suitable for all levels. 75 minutes.


"Stretch & Restore" Yin Yoga

Practice Yin yoga to increase your flexibility and move energy through the body with long held stretches and deep, belly breaths.


Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissue between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase the circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. It also helps the regulate the body's flow of energy.


Suitable for most bodies and experience levels. Not suitable for up to 3 months postpartum. 1 hour.
