Beth Thomas, founder of Luna & Sol Wellness Studio and BST Physiotherapy, is a physiotherapist who will work with you to get to the root of your complaint. Helping you overcome any fears surrounding your body and movement, and empowering you to get back to the activities you love doing.
Beth has a special interest in seeing people who are experiencing prolonged pain states. She often finds that their symptoms have never been properly addressed, and she enjoys working alongside them as they regain confidence in, and appreciation of, their bodies.
Beth works from Luna & Sol Wellness studio on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays all day and Friday & Saturday mornings.
Kristie has been teaching yoga since 2012 and respects the practice in all its forms. Yoga became a part of Kristie's weekly routine to counter the affects of work related stress. She then quickly realised the calming effect of the practice on mind and body and decided she wanted to share this with others.
Kristie teaches a traditional style of yoga that is gentle and adaptable to everybody and every body. She carefully curates her classes to include breath awareness, mindful movement and stillness. Kristie also loves to infuse some Yin and Restorative yoga into her classes to provide students with a holistic experience.
Kristie holds her Gentle Yoga Flow class on Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings.
Amelia has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, focusing largely on Iyengar and Hatha. In recent years she has discovered a passion for restorative yoga, which complements the other styles and provides a more holistic approach.
"I believe we all need moments in our lives to allow our bodies to relax and our minds to release from the busyness of our days."
Amelia holds her restorative yoga class on Tuesday nights and Yin on Wednesday evenings.
Leah started up her own small business as a yoga teacher in 2018. Hosting weekly yoga classes and regular yoga/spiritual events in the Adelaide Hills.
Becoming a mother has opened up new opportunities for her and she is now offering Mums n Bub's yoga classes with her little boy, Archer.
Her goal is to bring a little bit of 'bliss' into your day. Sharing her knowledge of yoga and the benefits of not only the physical practice, but also the mindfulness of the emotional, mental & spiritual body.
Leah will be holding a weekly Tuesday class for Mums n Bub's at Luna & Sol.

Rose is a remedial massage therapist with a clinic in Stirling, Bodytech Remedial Massage, and she is a licensed yomassage therapist.
"I became interested in yomassage as I believe that everyone deserves access to therapeutic touch. This is a modality in which clients can receive therapeutic touch in a small group setting. In addition to offering massage at an accessible rate, Yomassage classes appeal to more people because they are fully clothed and offered in a safe environment."
Rose holds her yomassage classes at Luna & Sol Thursday nights at 5:30pm, and practices her remedial massage in Stirling.
